          -  passport or document that shows your social security #
          -  W-2 or 2 recent pay stubs

All applications are $37/ occupant (over 18).  Credit or debit cards are accepted via online.  Checks and money orders are accepted in the office.  Sorry, no cash.

Moving can take a lot out of ya.  Talk to Seville to receive discounted rates on a qualified and reputable moving company.  Email

MOVING IN?

Fill out the move in checklist to record the existing condition of the apartment (1 per apartment) and email form within 5 days of your move in date (ie scratches, chip, etc).

​

The apartment inventory form is meant to number the amount of items in your apartment (ie # of window screens, appliances, etc).

MOVING OUT?

No problem! Fill out and return 30 day notice to vacate form.  Please remember tenants will be charged prorated rent from the actual written move out date on the form.

Please provide 1 forwarding address and 1 tenant's name who wishes to receive the security deposit refund.
