I had a great experience with Seville Realty. From the time my roommate and I viewed the unit, Charlene was extremely accommodating and professional. We provided her with all necessary documents, and she contacted us right away. Charlene and Christie were always very responsive and friendly upon all inquiries. Although the building and unit had a couple minor maintenance issues (which comes with any unit, especially in Pacific Beach), Christie and Charlene would provide us with ample notice of any potential changes. Their support and utmost professionalism is greatly appreciated!

After having a very "hands off" landlord who was never around when things things went wrong, Sevilla was a welcome change. It was nice to know their office was open around the corner and I could walk in and talk to a human if needed. Everyone I dealt with was kind and professional. The apartment itself was well maintained and in a great location. When my fridge decided to die randomly one day, Seville set me up with a new one within 24 hours. Highly recommend.

Seville is a great property management company, especially with communication and quick response time! They are awesome about handling property repairs and replacing broken appliances in a timely manner and their contractors are all super friendly and helpful (added bonus). The rent payment system is super easy, as well. They were very considerate with handling our move-out, which was a big relief.

People here are wonderful. Charlene and Brad, there are amazing to work with, I've not had a bad experience working with these people. If you are ever looking for a place with this group and if you get a chance to work with these guys, do not give up. They answer your calls, respond to you, give you what you need. Of course please remember that renting a place is not piece of cake especially when you live in SD, so there will be cons. Do not expect it to be perfect, not gonna happen but people go out of their way to make it comfortable for you. Great job guys!!

I have been a tenant in North Park at a Seville Property Group property since December 2015. I love my apartment, neighborhood and community. I am conveniently located to everything San Diego and I live in a very vibrant, diverse area. At Seville, I mainly communicate with Charlene, Christine and Brad. It’s comforting that I have been dealing with the same people from the day I moved in. From day one they have given me consistent and prompt communication. And they genuinely seem concerned about my issues no matter how small and get them addressed. If anything needs attention in the apartment they respond right away and their maintenance staff is prompt, effective and trustworthy. They have regularly scheduled landscaping and fair rental prices based on the location. Rental payments are easy to make through an app, or you can pay directly in their office. This December 2018 will be 3 years and counting. I don’t plan on moving out of my apartment until I buy my own place, maybe in 2019. Thanks for always being so good to me Seville!

Lived in a PB location for a year and from the get go everything was handled quickly and professionally, we really enjoyed our time there! We dealt mostly with Brad, and anytime we had a problem (like we had a plumbing issue at one point), we gave them a call and it was handled that day. They were very understanding if rent was a day or two late as well, which was super nice. Being a smaller real estate company, their vibe is a good mix of pretty laid back and reasonable with things while also handling their business professionally. The ONLY complaint I could come up with was that for most of our tenure we couldn't pay rent online, and had to mail or hand deliver a check. That's no longer the case though! 5/5 would rent from again.

Like several of the authors, I have lived in various parts of the country and have had plenty of experience with being a renter and dealing with some fairly obnoxious folks who purport themselves to be 'property management' as if they were letting us live somewhere in medieval times where we really didn't belong. However, such has not been the case in my dealings with Seville Realty. From day one back in September of 2010 when I first spotted the apartment in the canyon in Mission Hills, I have had nothing but very professional, courteous and upfront communication with the folks at Seville. The rental agreement was clear and detailed with no surprises. And over the years I spent there Seville replaced the stove, refrigerator, gas wall heater and toilet all within a day or two of my alerting their office of the issue.... granted, all didn't occur at the same time, but i was always impressed with the expedited service. If I could add another star to the 5 star rating, I would! The recent addition of an easy to set up and use online rent payment portal is a boon to all concerned. I left my place last week to pursue opportunities in another state and will miss my small-ish, but comfortable (and well managed) apartment and the relationship I enjoyed with Seville Realty Group.

I have been renting an apartment in PB from them the last 9 years, since 2007. They have been the greatest property management company I have dealt with since I moved to San Diego in 1993. They are always very responsive to my maintenance requests or concerns. They treat me with very professional manner, listens and acts upon needs. We have a great relationship, tenant and management. I guess property management is a tough industry to be in, and they are being held on tight leash with the property owners. I love living in a Seville managed property. I wouldn't trade it for anything. I think I'm staying another 9 years. :)
