Seville Realty Group specializes in preserving and increasing the value of our client’s real estate investment.  Our portfolio manages over 400 commercial and residential units, which accumulates over a total of $300M in property value. 

We handle all day to day operations for your property that include but not limited to: advertise rental units by maintaining market conditions, tenant screening and underwriting, prepare lease agreements, move in/ move out inspections, tenant legal notices, rent increases, contract with vendors and contractors, conduct on site inspections, provide general repairs for in-house maintenance, and apartment upgrades, (while minimizing vacancy time).  Seville follows a monthly system where we process all rental income, pay expenses, review monthly statements and distribute owner draws.

Seville also provides in-house maintenance for the property’s every day repairs.  This includes regular and preventative maintenance as well as apartment upgrades to increase its aesthetics and rental income.  This also saves money for our clients as we are more affordable than other contractors.

Christie has been working in the property management field for over 8 years.  Dedication, going the extra mile, and attention to detail are just a few qualities Christie brings to the table for her clients.  She listens to her clients’ needs while also assuring they receive the highest potential for their investment property. 

Christie received her bachelor’s of science degree in Landscape Architecture from the Ohio State University.  She has a strong passion for design and has a sharp eye to detail.  By applying her design skill set, Christie has completed several home remodeling projects that has been able to increase her client’s property value (ie kitchen and bath remodel, flooring, landscaping, etc).

 

Christie received her property management certificate in 2014 and broker’s license in 2015.  In 2018 she received her C-33 panting & decorating contractor's license. She also enjoys helping her community by providing a better quality of life for others.  She participates in charity running for the American Cancer Society, volunteer at Vida Joven, and works with Habitat for Humanity.

Brad has resided and worked in San Diego for over 20 years with his career mostly in property management.  He has excellent insight on the local neighborhoods and general information about our growing city. 

 

Brad also has extensive knowledge in general construction maintenance which helps with tenant repair requests.  He's prompt, informative, and dedicated to helping tenant related maintenance along with on-site inspections for our client's properties.

 

Brad has continued his educational resume with supplemental courses to keep on top of the newest real estate laws on the local, state and federal levels.
