Seville was able to salvage the kitchen cabinets as they were still in very good shape.  We stripped/ sanded the cabinets then applied chemical remover.  Lastly, we primed and painted the cabinets and installed new pull handles.  Stainless steel microwave was installed over the gas stove.  New marble- like flooring and quartz countertops to keep the room bright and light.  Single undermount stainless steel sink with contemporary faucet was also installed.  This unit lasted on the market less a week!
