Removal of the closet next to the kitchen was the best decision to expand and enhance the square footage of the studio space.  We installed a bar table with new quartz countertops, island range hood, new light fixtures, and new Republic flooring throughout space.  New closet was purchased through Ikea and placed in corner of studio.  Tenants were very happy with this open loft space!
