The biggest area of concern during the remodel was not being able to maximize the studio space at its fullest potential.  By removing the closet in the middle of the room, Seville created several aesthetic and functional opportunities: connection and openness between kitchen and main room, bar top table, exposure to all 3 windows for natural lighting, grander scale of loft style apartment.  Kitchen cabinets are Memphis Grey from Prime Cabinetry, White Cararra quartz countertops from Granite Factory Direct, Republic flooring from Rayo Wholesale (Southern Charm: Asheville).
