Flooring can have such a grand and positive affect on a home.  Seville removed the carpet and installed new SPC Republic (Great CA Oak- Laurel Oak) flooring throughout the entire house.  SPC is a step up from laminate, it's highly durable, water resistant, provides extra cushion with an additional layer, and can last up to 30+ years.  

The space throughout the house compliments the wall color and fireplace as well as making the rooms look larger.  Seville also installed bright white baseboard to create that pop affect between the floor and walls.  SPC flooring provides a much cleaner and upgraded look than carpet.  The owner was very pleased with the outcome.
