The owner requested to leave the kitchen cabinets as is to keep costs down.  With that in mind, Seville sanded and varnished the cabinets, installed black quartz countertop and stainless steel undermount sink from Rainbow Stone. We used gray slate wall tile from Arizona Tile in the bathroom.  New vanity, mirror and  Kohler medicine cabinet from Home Depot.
